Details of Services provided by UtopiaBoston.com, UtopiaBostonRadio.com, & Dj Bruno Productions.
1. Flyer Promotions : 5,000 flyers with your logo will be distributed in high traffic areas throughout greater Boston and surrounding areas ( Cambridge & North Shore ). Including college campuses. Our street team will also distribute any of your promotional material.
2. MIX CD : Your logo will be added onto the Special Mix Cds . Directly on the CD cover and the CD itself. This will continue on all future promotional CDS until your contract expires.
3. Internet/Web : Your Logo and web link will be added on the UtopiaBostonRadio.com and UtopiaBoston.com websites. Both sites average over 200,000 hits a month. As we promote our events on other websites (myspace, facebook, yelp & etc….) will add you as our sponsors on those sites also.
4. Email Blast Campaign : We will send out over 40,000+ emails every month throughout the duration of the contract by listing the events and it's sponsors. Each email will have a link to the sponsor's websites and or info
5. Venue Dressing/Product Giveaway : Tables for promotional product giveaway are available. Please provide any promotional materials.
6. Gift Bag : We will be handing out 1,000 gift bags for the Louie Vega event (Nov 8)and The Utopia Sundays Annual Christmas (Dec. 20) event. It would be wise for you to supply us with promotional material. The gift bag will include mix cds, flyers, and your logo will go on the the bag.
Fees Paid to Dj Bruno Productions for services Rendered Under the Agreement ::
Sponsor will pay UNDEPET, LLC five hundred dollars ( $500 ) for the services to rendered on date signed of the contract. Payment will be made by check payable to UNDEPET, LLC.
.Applicable Law :
The Agreement shall be construed both as to validity and performance and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without giving effect to the conflict of law principles. The Massachusetts Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising from the Agreement.
Entire Agreement :
The Agreement represents the entire agreement between Dj Bruno Productions, UtopiaBoston.com, UNDEPET, LLC and the SPONSOR and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements between Dj Bruno Productions, UtopiaBoston.com, UNDEPET, LLC. and the SPONSOR relating to this subject matter. The Agreement may not be amended or modified except by a writing signed by both parties.
Authority of Agents and Representatives :
The parties signing the Agreement represent that they are duly authorized by their respective business entities to enter into the Agreement.
Authorization and Indemnification :
Dj Bruno Productions, UtopiaBoston.com, UNDEPET, LLC through its duly authorized agent or representative, hereby expressly authorizes SPONSOR to use any Dj Bruno Productions, UtopiaBoston.com, UNDEPET, LLC trademarks and logos that Dj Bruno Productions, UtopiaBoston.com, UNDEPET, LLC provides SPONSOR for the sole purpose of rendering services pursuant to the terms of the Agreement. SPONSOR will not use or display such trademarks or logos in any manner that would create confusion in the stream of commerce or dilute the value of such marks and logos. The Dj Bruno Productions, UtopiaBoston.com, UNDEPET, LLC agent or representative signing below will hereby indemnify SPONSOR for any pecuniary losses incurred as a result of using said marks and logos.
